I've been blessed to be able to connect with an an amazing business mentor that has helped me so much in attaining the business growth and success I've experienced in the last couple of years. One of the greatest lessons he has taught me is the power of volunteerism.

Just the simple act of volunteering your time and/or resources to help other people will come back to you abundantly on many different levels. Whether you believe in karma or not. In a higher power or not. "The universe" or not, does not seem to matter. I can testify to the fact that when you put others first without regard to how you're going to make money... amazing things happen.

Of course I am, but it's not through the sale of your home. I absolutely do not make a single dime from you selling your home.

What then, "Is the catch?

When I help you market your home, we're going to generate a whole bunch of people interested in buying your home. However, we can only sell it to one person, right? That's where my play comes in. I can take all these other folks that are interested in buying a home and direct them to some other channels where they can find a different home to purchase. My profit comes from handing these buyers off to other parties that are able to help them find the home of their dreams.
